JUDGMENT Journal of Law is committed to promoting open access without financial barriers. Therefore, the journal does not charge any fees to authors for:

  • submission of manuscripts,

  • editorial processing,

  • publication of articles, or

  • hosting and archiving.

2. APC-Free Policy

All articles published in the journal are completely free of charge for authors. This ensures that high-quality legal research can be disseminated widely, without any financial restrictions for researchers from any country.

3. Funding and Sustainability

The journal’s publication costs are fully supported by the publisher and/or affiliated institutions, allowing authors to publish without paying Article Processing Charges (APC).

4. Author Responsibilities

While there are no fees, authors are expected to:
