Authors who publish their work in JUDGMENT Journal of Law retain full copyright over their articles. Upon publication, authors agree that their work will be licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

Under this license, others are permitted to:

• share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format,

• adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use,

as long as appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated.

2. Author Rights

Authors maintain the right to:

• reproduce, distribute, and publicly display their work,

• deposit the published version in institutional or personal repositories,

• reuse and adapt parts of their work for future publications (such as books or chapters),

• share the final published version on any website or platform,

as long as the original source (the published article in JUDGMENT Journal of Law) is properly cited.

3. Publisher Rights

By submitting a manuscript, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to:

• publish the article,

• distribute it in print and digital formats,

• index it in academic databases and repositories.

The journal does not claim ownership over the content; authors retain full control and rights.

4. Warranty by Authors

Authors affirm that:

• the manuscript is original and does not infringe on any copyright,

• all co-authors consent to the publication,

• the work has not been previously published and is not under review elsewhere,

• all permissions have been obtained for copyrighted materials (figures, tables, images, etc.).

5. Use of Published Articles

Users may access, download, share, and reuse published articles freely under the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license. Proper attribution must be given to the author(s) and to JUDGMENT Journal of Law as the original publisher.
