JUDGMENT Journal of Law is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity. To ensure originality and prevent academic misconduct, all submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism before undergoing peer review.

The similarity index must be below 20%, excluding references, quotations, and standard phrases.

Manuscripts with higher similarity or signs of plagiarism may be rejected immediately.
3. Types of Plagiarism Monitored
The journal monitors for:

Direct plagiarism: copying text verbatim without attribution.

Self-plagiarism / redundant publication: reusing parts of previously published work without proper citation.

Paraphrasing plagiarism: rewording another author’s work without acknowledgment.

4. Author Responsibilities
Authors are required to:

5. Consequences of Plagiarism
If plagiarism or unethical reuse is detected, the journal may take the following actions:

Retraction or correction if the article has already been published,

Banning the authors from submitting to the journal for a period determined by the editorial board.
